I am passionate about helping my clients to regain their best possible function, with less pain and restricted movement as quickly as I can, and help prevent injuries from reoccurring.

Hi, my name is Simon. I’m a qualified Physiotherapist who earned my degree over 30 years ago and currently live and work on the Sunshine Coast.

The positive feedback received from satisfied clients who have experienced great improvement in their quality of life and function is the main reason why I remain so passionate after all these years.

I like to learn about my clients and from my clients. The key to understanding unique conditions always starts with listening and communicating well. Learning how specific functional limitations impact my client’s lifestyle along with their capacity to participate in their recovery, enables development of the most appropriate treatment goals and plan. Whether that be from reducing pain, improving mobility and independence to increasing specific functional abilities. The aim of treatment is to help clients achieve their functional goals so they can live their best life.

Dry Needling

A Trigger point is a localized tender spot within a taut band of muscle fibres. It is prevented by pain to reach its full length and has reduced strength and endurance.

I accept all major health insurance providers.

At Physio4Function, we are committed to providing advanced physiotherapy care that helps our patients achieve their optimal level of function. We offer a full range of services, from manual therapy and exercise to postural and biomechanical assessments. I accept all Private Health Insurance providers, DVA and Medicare Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program clients. I do not consult on Workcover or CTP claims.
