Bringing Physio to You

As a registered Physiotherapist and NDIS provider, I have current worker screening, including Yellow, Blue cards and Police checks. I understand that many neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease and Multiple Sclerosis can be incredibly challenging to manage. While these conditions are generally considered permanent and progressive, I believe that much can be done to delay and minimize symptoms that may become disabling. From manual and exercise therapy to mobility aids and other innovative techniques, I am committed to working with each patient to develop a customized care plan that addresses their unique needs and goals.

Dry Needling

A Trigger point is a localized tender spot within a taut band of muscle fibres. It is prevented by pain to reach its full length and has reduced strength and endurance.

We offer a full range of services, from manual therapy and exercise to postural and biomechanical assessments. I accept all Private Health Insurance providers, DVA and Medicare Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program clients. I do not consult on Workcover or CTP claims.
